Friday Friends - Dusty Divas Part 14 - Sunweeds

Welcome again fabulous Friday and Part 14 of Friday Friends! It's time to introduce a new Dusty Diva - the sensational Stacey from Sunweeds !

I really admire Stacey's keen eye for colour and detail and love her eclectic
button-y creations. How sweet would these blue fabric button flowers look in a country kitchen

and I love this guilt & calorie free bright birthday cake button flower bouquet

and these are perfect for girlfriends that are expecting - allergy free and everlasting !

Now time for you to sit back and relax, and learn a little bit more about this lovely Dusty Diva and the story of Sunweeds.

The Secret Garden of Sunweeds
My name is Stacey and I am the sole creator of Sunweeds. I am a stay at home Mum of
three girls 13, 11, and 3 years old and live with my wonderful husband.

I live in country Victoria surrounded by bush, gardens and both wild and tame animals.

Sunweeds button bouquets started with my Gran's button collection and my love of all things crafty.

My Gran lived with us when I was young and taught me how to sew and crochet as well as play a mean hand of gin rummy.

The bouquets came about with my interest in buttons... (I love the vintage ones) and the fact that buying fresh flowers is such a waste of money, yes they are gorgeous but last only a few weeks.

My bouquets can be themed to suit any occassion, my button supply is huge, which in our tiny cottage can cause problems sometimes......

I have many requests for custom orders that range from bridal bouquets,

baby shower decorations,

teachers gifts
and even goth bouquets.
I love to include recycled materials, and quirky items to make each bouquet unique.

I spend any spare time making things for family or friends.

I dont watch tv so have plenty of child free time in the evenings to play.
I have a huge craft to do list I may never see the end of, and when I'm not crafting I'm in my garden hiding from the kids.

  2. Gorgeous bouquets and lovely interview, but I think my Black and White RAOK bouquet is the best of the bunch.
